The Moon tea is relaxing, provides stability, relieves tension and anxiety. The lavender has an anti-convulsant character, it helps with sleep issues. The lemongrass strengthens the nervous system while the calendula reduces inflammation and protects cells. The Moon tea helps relaxing and having a calm sleep. Drink it one hour before going to bed.
Making: Pour 2 dl hot water on two teaspoons (5 grams) of tea. Cover it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then filter it.
