The unique tea blend, custom made for the Essencia Restaurant in Budapest contains black tea, aromatic fruits and spicy juniper berry.
Making: Pour 2 dl of 90-95°C water on 2 teaspoons (5 gramm) of tea leaves. Cover it and let it sit with 3-5 minutes, then filter it.
